A Girl's Best Friend is a quest in Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion. Rapunzel will notice that there are no frying pans nearby. She will Mickey to find a Frying Pan for her, so that she can defend herself.
It can be found in Agrabah. After Mickey returns it to her, he will receive 144 E-Tickets and a Room Star for his troubles, and Rapunzel will be 'ready' for Mizrabel.
