Back to Mean Street is a quest that Mickey receives when he has escaped from Mickeyjunk Mountain for the first time.
When Mickey arrives back in OsTown, Gus will tell Mickey to head back to Mean Street to see what has happened while they were away. He says Mickey can check in with the residents of OsTown for any news along the way. Most of the residents will have new quests for Mickey to complete, mostly in return for Power Sparks.
All Mickey has to do to complete this quest is to enter the Projector Screen, go through the Thru the Mirror cartoon and enter the screen to enter Mean Street. This quest is mandatory and cannot be skipped.
