Battle of OsTown is a quest when Mickey enters OsTown after redeeming or defeating the Fake Shadow Blot. The Bloticles take over after the real Blot is released from The Jug.
The Bloticles are everywhere! Mickey must either spray paint or thinner at the blisters. After all the Blisters are gone, no more Bloticles will be in OsTown.
