Belle is a protagonist from the Disney movie, Beauty and the Beast.
She makes her first appearance in the series in Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion where she has been sucked into Wasteland by Mizrabel, into her Castle of Illusion.
When Beast gives Mickey the quest A Belle Tolls, she can be found in Agrabah. Once rescued, she returns to Beast's Room in the Fortress.
