Billy's Lost Bag is a quest given to Mickey shortly after his arrival in Tortooga by Beluga Billy. It is a mandatory quest to proceed to the next area.
Summary[]
To complete the quest, Mickey must retrieve Billy's lost bag. The bag is located on top of a small cabin, which can be reached by jumping across some floating boats in the thinner pool near where Billy stands. Once the bag is collected, Mickey can return to Billy and talk to him to complete the quest, he realizes that his bag had been looted, and gives Mickey the Billy's Lost Belongings quest to find its contents. He will also give Mickey the Watch Sketch.
