Billy's Lost Belongings is a quest given by Beluga Billy after completing the quest Billy's Lost Bag.
Summary[]
It is given after Billy notices that the contents of his bag were replaced with rocks. The lost belonging, a sword, can be found in the basement underneath the Tortooga building, and once unlocked by freeing Ruffian Branderson from jail, can be obtained by spinning all four gears and then the fifth in the center. It is recommended to use the newly acquired Watch Sketch.
