Blot may refer to:
- Shadow Blot, the main antagonist and final boss of the game, Mickey created him by accident. His name is often confused with the name "Phantom Blot".
- Fake Shadow Blot, the semifinal boss of the game. The real Shadow Blot was trapped in a the Jug by Oswald and Ortensia sometime after the Blot Wars, but a part of him managed to escape
- Phantom Blot, first appeared in "Mickey Mouse Outwits the Phantom Blot". There were plans to give him a role in the game, but that idea was scrapped.
- Storm Blot, a once thought of antagonist to the game, which would be Oswald combining himself with the Shadow Blot to make one supreme being.
