After returning from Ventureland, Markus will tell Mickey that while he was out, he found some Power Sparks; but three Bunny Children took them. This will start the Bunny Children and Power Sparks quest. When a bunny Children run from Mickey, that means they have a power spark. When getting all 3, the quest will be complete.
