Casey is a horse character who lives in Mean Street. He's the owner of the Emporium. Horace lent his book to Casey, but then he finished reading it and lent it to Paulie. At first, he only sells Paint and Thinner Refills, but after Mickey finds his storeroom key, all kinds of items get put up for sale, including Pins, Extra Content, Power Sparks, and, if needed, replacement Goofy parts. He appears in the first game and its sequel.

- There is a restaurant in the Disney Parks that might have influenced his name, Casey's Corner.
