The City Hall is a building located on Mean Street near the Train Station and to the left of the Fire Station. It is where Big Bad Pete always is. Upon entering Mean Street, Pete will be standing outside City Hall and approaching him will trigger a cut scene. Every visit afterwards will have Pete always standing inside City Hall. There are four jail cells and a desk located inside. It's the place where Mickey received quests involving the other Petes of Wasteland or capturing Bunny Children. In Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, Big Bad Pete stays inside the City Hall instead of being seen outside.
