Cruella De Vil is the villain from 101 Dalmatians. Mizrabel uses her form in Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion briefly at the beginning of the game, though interestingly this is the only time she is seen. Cruella was seen in concept art for cancelled project, Epic Disney Racers. Concept art shows that she would have competed in her car from the film.
