Cruella De Vil is the villain from 101 Dalmatians. Mizrabel uses her form in Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion briefly at the beginning of the game, though interestingly this is the only time she is seen.
Epic Disney Racers
Cruella was originally going to be a playable character in Epic Disney Racers. Concept art shows that she would have competed in her car from the film.
