Deliver the Pie to Horace is a quest in Epic Mickey. It becomes available immediately after the first Mickeyjunk Mountain visit. If Mickey gave Clarabelle the Ice Cream for her Ice Cream Cake, this quest is supplanted by the quest Deliver the Cake to Horace.
After Mickey returns from Mickeyjunk Mountain, he can go to Clarabelle's house and she'll give the mouse a pie. Mickey then must leave OsTown and head to Mean Street in order to deliver the pie to Horace. Once Mickey gets to the agency in Mean Street, Horace will be noticeably disappointed with the pie - but he will still award Mickey a Power Spark for his effort. Mickey will also receive the Pie pin.
