Gentleman Starkey at Tortooga Jungle

Gentleman Starkey is a pirate living in Tortooga. He can be found in Tortooga Jungle. He said that Cap'n Hook has gone mad and Mickey and Gus need to stop it. He resembles Moody and One Eyed Ian.

In Epic Mickey 2

In Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, Starkey can first be found in the area of the Jungle Cruise reached by Tiki Sam's Basement Tunnel. He tells Mickey to blow up the crane in the Ventureland Construction Site with some fireworks. This will complete his branch of Much Ado About Blotlings side quest.

In the Epilogue, if Mickey returns to the Ventureland Construction Site, Starkey will be there. If Mickey reactivated the crane, he will become angry at Mickey.

  The original Mr Starkey with Smee in Peter Pan.

  There's actually a character named Mr Starkey in the original Peter Pan, but he's very different of the character we see in the game. As Starkey is a character from the original J. M. Barrie's Peter Pan, but that he is not physically described in the source material, it is possible that Gentleman Starkey is meant to be a scrapped version of the final Starkey, although this remains unconfirmed.
