Blockers

Blockers are a type of Blotworx in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. Their appearance is similar to that of V.I.N.CENT from The Black Hole, a little red robot with white eyes, a pincer-like left arm and a wrecking ball on the right arm. Their name relates to by the force field they activate from their left arm to protect themselves from Mickey Mouse activating the buttons on their head.

Strategy[]

To defeat a Blocker, Mickey must jump on the large red button located on their heads. This will expose the Spatter inside, allowing Mickey to defeat or redeem the Blocker using Paint or Thinner. The issue is that Blockers will activate a force-field, blocking Mickey from jumping on the button. To circumvent this issue, Oswald has to shock the Blocker, making it stunned and unable to activate the force-field. Another way to avoid the issue is to use a sketch. The Watch Sketch allows Mickey to jump on the button before the force-field can be activated. The TV Sketch exposes the Spatter inside, as it opens the cockpit to watch the TV. Finally, the Anvil Sketch can temporarily stun the Blotworx, similar to Oswald's electricity. The Fairy Sketch isn't advised, as it blocks Mickey from exposing the Spatter.
