Goofy is one of Mickey's best friends, alongside Donald. Like Donald, while his animatronic counterpart appears in the first two games, he appears in both Power of Illusion and the scrapped spin-off Epic Donald.
In Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion[]
He makes his first appearance in the series in Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, where he has been sucked into Wasteland by Mizrabel. He is trapped in her Castle of Illusion, where Mickey will need to save him from losing his life force.
Goofy can be found in the London Skies level. He is located in the second half of the level on a cloud on the far right side, seen as you are climbing up Big Ben. Mickey will need to climb up to the large cloud above him, and drop down.
Once rescued, he will make up his own room and hand out quests.

In Epic Donald[]

Goofy was meant to appear in Epic Donald, although few concept art exist of him. One concept art show Goofy in a "Three Musketeers" level.
Trivia[]
- One concept art for Epic Mickey shows Goofy and Donald, helping Mickey attack the Jolly Roger. It's unknown if they were both meant to appear in the game or were simply placeholders for their animatronic counterparts.
- Goofy also has a sketch of himself called, Goofy on Guard. The only other character with a room who has a sketch of himself is Scrooge McDuck.
- An early screenshot shows that Goofy was originally going to be rescued in Jolly Roger.
- Goofy's design is slightly different in Power of Illusion, as he has purely white skin on his snout as opposed to his more usual beige color.
