Gremlin Marc is a green caged Gremlin found in Tortooga. He can be found hidden behind a wooden Toon wall towards the end just over the bridge.
Once rescued, he facepalms and explains how he was unable to help the pirates due to his capture. He then proceeds to disable the pipes so that the Spatters won't show up anymore.
