Gremlin Scrumpet is the captured Gremlin in the Mean Street Underground. After being rescued by the heroes, he will release a balloon lift to help Mickey and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cross Mean Street North and Mean Street South easier. While the first ride is for free, more rides cost 25 E-Tickets each.
