The Haberdasher is an anthropomorphic Horse that is the shopkeeper of Mean Street South's Hat Shop in Epic Mickey 2. You can give him Cloth to purchase costume pieces for Oswald or Mickey. You may also give him Cloth to get 5 E-Tickets each or 10 with the Brave Little Tailor costume.
He is somewhat eccentric, often talking about nonsensical things whilst Oswald and Mickey are browsing.
If you thin out the structure holding the AC the Haberdasher will charge 50% more for everything in his store.
