The Haberdasher is an anthropomorphic Cow that is the shopkeeper of the Mad Hatter in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two.

As he is a shopkeeper, Mickey and Oswald can give him Cloth to purchase costume pieces. They may also give him Cloth to get 5 E-Tickets each or 10 with the Brave Little Tailor costume.
He is somewhat eccentric, often talking about nonsensical things whilst Oswald and Mickey are browsing.
If Mickey thin out the structure holding the AC, the Haberdasher will charge 50% more for everything in his store.
