The Haberdasher is an anthromorphic dog that can be found in Mean Street South's Hat Shop in Epic Mickey 2. You can give him Cloth to purchase costume pieces for Oswald or Mickey. You may also give him cloth to get 5 E-Tickets each or 10 with the Brave Little Tailor costume.
He is somewhat eccentric, often talking about nonsensical things whilst Oswald and Mickey are browsing.
If you thin out the structure holding the AC the Haberdasher will charge you double for everything in his store, and if you do it while charging the fuse box, you will not get the Hat Pin.
