Help Bertrand Open His Store is an optional quest obtained from Bertrand after pleasing the Pipe Organ and returning from Lonesome Manor.
The sign for Bertrand's shop is located behind Louis's shack. Once the sign is returned, Bertrand rewards Mickey with E-Tickets to buy something from his newly-opened store.
