The Ice Cream Parlor is a shop located in Mean Street. It is run by Paulie, who will sell Mickey various items to aid him on his quest including, of course, Ice Cream. In Epic Mickey, this is also the place where Mickey can buy a Health upgrade for 250 E-Tickets after returning from Tomorrow City.
In Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two[]
The Ice Cream Parlor is located in Mean Street North. On Mickey's first visit to the Ice Cream Parlor, the air cooler will be broken, and all the Ice Cream will be melting. To fix the air conditioner, Mickey must go on the roof and paint in the pipes, then Oswald must shock the port and the air conditioner will turn on, blowing lots of air through the top. Paulie will reward Mickey with 25 Scrap Metal for fixing the air conditioner. Later, Paulie will also give the The Bunny Wranglers quest and if Mickey does Paulie's side of it there will be 6 Bunny Children hanging around inside the Parlor.

- The Ice Cream Parlor and the Tiki Hut in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two are the only shops that lists Paint & Thinner ammunition before Electric ammunition (usually it is the other way).
