- The maximum number of pins Mickey can get in one playthrough is 96. The other 9 are special cases:
- The Gremlin pin, which requires giving up two other pins
- The special pins gained by redeeming or defeating bosses
- The Cartoon Buff pin which requires three playthroughs to get (as some Projectors are only available in certain runs of the game or after there is an opportunity to return to the Usher)
- The pins given by Damien Salt and Henrietta for their Treehouse quests
- The pin given by Bosun Blake for his Treehouse quest
- In Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, there’s a chance that the "Repair Mean Street" pin will not spawn after defeating all the bloticles. The only way to fix this issue is to start a new save.
- There is a glitch where Mickey can duplicate the Lonesome Manor Pin, leading to a pin count that exceeds 105.
