Meet Oswald in the Control Tower is a quest given by Gremlin Gus after crashing the Moonliner Rocket in Dark Beauty Castle.
The quest begins with crossing the Mad Doctor's Lab (which now is flooded with Thinner) again, but now to reach the Throne Room. In the Throne Room, Mickey can take the Paint Path by painting each happy painting (including the big one above Oswald's throne) first, and then the sad ones for gargolyes and a power crystal to appear and open a Projector Screen to the Fireworks Control Tower. Should Mickey do the Thinner Path, however, he can look for the chain holders that suspend the giant chandelier and thin them out, causing the chandelier to destroy a wall and reveal a secret Projector. Once Mickey exits the Projector Screen and talks to Oswald, the quest is complete.
