Open the Gate is a quest Mickey receives from Gremlin Sunstar in the World of Gremlins.
Summary[]
Mickey has to to fix the pipes, spin the valve to remove the Thinner and activate the rides in the village. He must then go to the Projector Screen in order to go up the tower.
This quest can be completed multiple ways:
- If Mickey uses paint in the Paint and Thinner Pumps, the gate will fully open, completing the quest.
- If Mickey uses thinner in the Paint and Thinner Pumps, the gate will rapidly open and close. This will also complete the quest, however, it will be more difficult for Mickey to reach the Projector Screen inside.
The Village Tower Mickey must fix in order to open the gate
This quest can be skipped. If Mickey uses the shortcut to the European Boat Ride given to him by Gremlin Ditto, the quest will be marked as expired as he can't return to the World of Gremlins. However, Mickey can complete the quest and then take the shortcut afterwards.
