Ortensia's House is the house for Oswald's love interest, Ortensia. It can be unlocked by giving Animatronic Goofy all his parts from Tomorrow City. The design is based off Minnie Mouse's house

In Epic Mickey and Epic Mickey: Rebrushed[]

After Ortensia got consumed by the Blot, her house became deserted and has been locked since then. Animatronic Goofy was the last person in her house when he cleaned it, and he left the door locked. If Mickey repairs Animatronic Goofy, he will give him the key which will allows him to access the house. Inside are five crying Bunny Children, missing their mother, and Ortensia's Locket, which Mickey can give to Oswald for a Health Upgrade or to Laralee for 250 E-Tickets.

In Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, the inside of the house was completely redesigned. The Bunny Children were also removed, although it's unknown if it was intentional or not.

In Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two[]

Ortensia house reappears in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. It has been somewhat damaged by the earthquakes, but not as bad as most other buildings. The "My Other House is a Castle pin" can be found in Ortensia's house and Ortensia herself will come back when the projector screens are fixed. She will give a quest to bring the Bunny Children back home (who were scattered around Wasteland after the earthquakes).

In Epic Mickey: Tales of Wasteland[]

Ortensia's house in Tales of Wasteland

The house appears quite often in the Tales of Wasteland comics. It appears in "The Game's Afoot", "One Scary Night", and "There's a Hole in the Sky". Interestingly, it use Mickey's house color scheme in The Game's Afoot. Oswald is shown living in the house, confirming that both he and Ortensia live in the house together.

Trivia[]

  • It is unknown how long the Bunny Children have been in Ortensia's house, since it's been locked for a long time.

  • There is an unlockable piece of concept art called "Ortensia's House" that can be found in a hidden alcove between the real Ortensia's house and Clarabelle's House.
  • If Mickey uses the spin move in her house, the Bunny Children can be knocked around.
  • In Epic Mickey 2, Plutopia's theme can be heard inside her house.
  • Although Tales of Wasteland suggest that Oswald lives in the house. Rebrushed later confirmed that Oswald actually lived in Mickey's house.
