Ostown Projector Screen is a quest given by Gremlin Markus when arriving in Mean Street.
Summary[]
Gus askes Markus to open the projector to OsTown to find Oswald, but he needs two gears to get the projector station working. Which were in the hands of Big Bad Pete and Horace Horsecollar.
The first gear is from Big Bad Pete, who gave his gear to Gilda after he lost a race to her. Mickey has to complete her race around the area to get the gear. The second is from Horace who will give him the gear if he can recover his book he gave to Casey, who in turn gave it to Paulie.
After the gears are placed in the machine, Markus also askes Mickey to get one Power Spark to power it up. Mickey has two different quests he can pursue to get a Power Spark. He can either find Casey's key, which is underneath a manhole which he can thin out, or he can talk to Laralee at the Museum who will trade the spark she has for a cutlass from the Usher.
After getting either or both Power Sparks, the machine will start up and the projector screen to OsTown will open.
