Ostown Projector Screen is a quest given by Gremlin Markus when arriving in Mean Street.
At first, Markus will ask Mickey for two gears: one from Big Bad Pete, and the other one from Horace Horsecollar. When talking to Pete about the gear, he will confess that he lost it in a race with Gilda, and now Mickey has to beat Gilda's record to get the gear. After that, Mickey will have to go to Horace's Detective Agency to see Horace, who will ask to find a book from Casey (the Emporium owner), who gave it to Paulie (the Ice Cream Parlor). After getting both gears, Markus will ask for one Power Spark, which the player can get from Laralee at the Museum, or from Casey at the Emporium.
