Paint and Thinner refills are power-ups in the game. They resemble clear buckets with either blue Paint or green Thinner inside. Obviously, the color of the bucket refills one unit of the corresponding substance. They're either dropped from defeated enemies if Mickey is at full health, obtained from breakable/painted objects, or randomly dropped when Mickey paints/thins part of the scenery, depending on which he did. They can be obtained in the forms of just Paint, just Thinner, or Paint and Thinner together.
Gus also uses these refills in his Blotlings tutorial to revive the Seer after thinning it in order to show the consequences of painting it.
