The Penny Arcade is a building at the end of Mean Street where the Projector Screens are controlled.

In Epic Mickey[]

Upon arrival on Mean Street, Gremlin Markus comes straight up to Mickey and Gus to greet them, and helps them to reopen the Projector Screens, working in the Penny Arcade. The building is open-air and houses a large machine to bring power to the Projectors.

The machine is missing two important gears, which Mickey soon acquires for Markus. It is then revealed that the machine runs on a power source called Power Sparks. The player is tasked with finding them all around Wasteland to bring back to Markus in order to fully power up Mean Street's Projectors.

In Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two[]

Sometime after the Blot Wars, the arcade was fixed up into more of what would be thought of upon hearing the name. It features many arcade video game cabinets, which presumably require a penny to play. It is also now run by Gremlin Flynn instead of Markus.

Some of the arcade cabinets are incomplete and require special pins to activate. Gremlin Flynn gives the quest The Other Side of the Screen, in which Mickey and Oswald are tasked with bringing him all the pins necessary to fix up the arcade.
