Pirates are allies in Epic Mickey and Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two.
One Eyed Ian
After Animatronic Captain Hook was prevented from fighting with Pete Pan, he went berserk and started forcing his crew into the Pirate Conversion Machine. Pirates soon got word of his state, and kept clear of Captain Hook. Many were happy to assist Mickey Mouse in his quest to save Wasteland, particularly if he were to help them.
