Plant Painting is a quest given by Botanist Darvin in Ventureland.
After Mickey Mouse returns from Tortooga, Botanist Darvin will appear in Ventureland. When talking to him, he will say that the Pirates thinned out all of the trees and plants, and asks Mickey to paint them back in.

To complete this quest, Mickey must paint in 40 plants and trees hidden around the area. They are scattered all around the map and may require multiple searches to find them all.
When all 40 plants are fully painted in, Mickey can return to Botanist Darvin to claim his reward. He will thank Mickey for painting back in the plants, and will compliment him on his work. He then rewards Mickey with one of the Power Sparks needed to power the Projector Screens in Mean Street. He also rewards Mickey with 50 E-Tickets. He will say he has another task for you if you come back to him later, and if you talk with him for a second time, he will give you the Restore Bog Easy Plants quest.
This quest is optional, and is not required to progress the main story. Power Sparks can be bought at the Emporium or by doing other quests instead.
