Plutopia is a set of two Projector Screens throughout Tomorrow City in Epic Mickey. It is based on the 1951 cartoon short of the same name.
Inside Parts I and II are recreated scenes of Pluto's dream of a perfect dog utopia filled with all his favorite things, such as fire hydrants and bones. The player must climb houses and trees and traverse fire hydrants' flying lids while also avoiding axes and dangerous bones.
The Projectors transport the player to the Notlius Harbor and Tomorrow Square, respectively.

Scene I[]
The reel is atop a tree. Spin at the fox to spawn a sausage platform to reach it.
Scene II[]
The reel is atop a tree behind a door. Go to it's right side and collect it when it opens.
In Epic Mickey: Rebrushed[]
Scene I[]
The first reel is found to the left of the spawn. Just head to the forest on the left.
The second reel is found above the exit screen atop a neon bone.
Scene II[]
The first reel is atop a set of dog bones to the left of the dog house you spawn in front of. Climb the bones to reach it.
The second reel is atop of a dog bone above the falling bones section. Get to it via a tree and minor platforming.
Trivia[]
- This is the only Projector Screen based on a Pluto cartoon.
- This is also the only Projector in the series based off of a 1950s cartoon.
- On the second visit to Tomorrow City, after battling the Bloticles, the Plutopia, Part I Projector will lead directly to Tomorrow Square instead of the Notilus Harbor.
- This being featured in Tomorrow City might be a reference to the Dog Tags quest. Or it's simplistic color scheme might be similar to the lights that are prominently featured in the area.
- The bed at the end of scene 2 can be bounced on if you land at a high enough place.
- In Rebrushed, Plutopia Scene I shows off more of the cartoon (i.e. the forest transitioning to Pluto's dream).
- In Rebrushed, instead of the bones disappearing into clouds upon collision, the bones appear and disappear based on what color the background is.
- Likewise, the background will change color depending on where Mickey is instead of being on a set timer.
