Power the Crane is a quest given by Decker.
To proceed up the Mickeyjunk Mountain, Decker asks him to paint in all three TVs or find Gremlin Kip to fully repair the Crane. Once you've done that, the lunchbox opens with a projector that leads you to the first part of the mountain.
Trivia
- The crane you're powering is the Crane from the old cartoon, Building a Building. Although, now it seems decaying and rather rusty.
