Purple Gremlins are a type of Gremlin found throughout Wasteland. The name is based off their apparel color, as is the case with the other Gremlins.
In Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, the overall color of the Purple Gremlins has changed dramatically, and many Gremlins are simply named Purple Gremlins as opposed to having their own unique names.

- Although Gremlin Prescott wears a purple outfit through most of Epic Mickey 2, his facial color remains the same as a Blue Gremlin.
- Certain Gremlins in the second game are said to be purple even though they look more like yellow Gremlins such as the one in Mean Street's underground.
