Rufus McBark is an anthropomorphic Dog who lives in Mean Street. He judges Mickey based on his actions taken during the game.
He’s the opposite of Penelope, as Rufus try to encourage Mickey to take the Paint Path.
Role in Epic Mickey and Epic Mickey: Rebrushed[]
Mickey can interact with Rufus as early as his first visit.
After Mickey returns from Pirates of the Wasteland, Rufus meets Porter and quickly befriends him. He begins showing him around Wasteland.
In Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, new lines were added for Rufus where he react to Mickey taking the Thinner Path.
