Scurvy Pat is a pirate in Ventureland who lends Mickey Mouse his compass to complete a quest.
In Epic Mickey[]
In Epic Mickey and Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, Mickey needs the compass to open the door to Tortooga, but Scurvy Pat refuses to give it up. Mickey can get the compass from him either by retrieving his "treasure" from the treehouse or buying the compass directly from him.
In Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two[]
In Epic Mickey 2, Pat has borrowed Barnacle Jones' compass to find his mother's pin collection, but Jones wants the compass back. Scurvy Pat denies taking the compass from Barnacle Jones. Mickey can either thin Pat out or take a picture of him holding the compass and show it to him to collect the compass. If Mickey then gives the compass to Horace and took a picture of Pat instead of thinning him, Horace will feel sympathetic towards Pat and return the compass. Pat will then travel to Disney Gulch and every time Mickey visits him, he will give one of four pins; Dandy Evan, Black Bill, Slouchin' Brian or Parrotless Steve. 4 visits to Disney Gulch are needed to get all of his pins.
Trivia[]
- Pat is the French name of Pete.
- In Epic Mickey 2, thinning him out causes him to release the compass, but he won't appear in Ventureland again after that.
