The Phantom Blot is the final boss in the Epic Mickey video game. The Shadow Blot is the one who dragged Mickey Mouse into Wasteland in the first place, so that the Mad Doctor could steal Mickey's heart. He tries to grab it out with a plunger, but is not successful. The Shadow Blot then appears to try and kill Mickey, but is scared away by the brush. The Shadow Blot is fought on Mickeyjunk Mountain as the semi-final boss in the game.
