Shanghaied is a Projector Screen in Epic Mickey that connects Pirate Voyage to Skull Island. It is based on the cartoon short of the same name.
Inside is depicted a scene of escaping a ship controlled by pirates. The player must evade the attacks of the pirates and make their way to the top of the ship to reach the end.
Film Reels[]
In Epic Mickey[]
Light the fireworks and climb the clouds for your reel. It is at the highest lookout spot, above the exit screen.
In Epic Mickey: Rebrushed[]
The first reel is achieved by using the sails to head to the far left of the level, beyond the stacked crates.
The second reel is in the same spot as the original, it's just the clouds made by the fireworks now appear in a different pattern other than straight up.
Extra Contents[]
The following is exclusive to Epic Mickey: Rebrushed:
- Ground-Pound the broken floorboards at the bottom of the level to find a hidden basement with a stash of E-Tickets, two green and one gold.
- Shanghaied Extra Content can be found in the hidden room left of the furnace.
Trivia[]
- This is the only screen where the level's black and white properties affect the exit Projector Screen, as it's tripod is gray instead of it's usual purple.
- This carried over to Rebrushed. It's debatable if it was on purpose or not.
