Simba's Room can be found in the Fortress after rescuing Simba from Castle South Hall. Simba's Room is based around his true home, Pride Rock. Besides Simba himself, Pumbaa, Timon and Zazu will also reside in this room once rescued.
As you upgrade the Room, the area transitions from night, to sunrise, and finally to day. After you have completed the final quest, a bright sunlight will be cast upon the land.
