Talk to Mister Rover is a quest given to Mickey in the Great Big Tomorrow in Tomorrow City after he battles the Slobber.
Summary[]
After Mickey's first battle with the Slobber, the Carousal of Progress rotates revealing a dog named Mister Rover. He tells Mickey that the Carousal needs more power. Rover will give Mickey the TV sketch and askes him to place it down onto the nearby TV pad. Afterwards, the ride will power up fully and Mickey can talk to Rover a second time to rotate the carousal once more, granting Mickey access to Tomorrow Square.
