The Mad Hatter is a shop run by the Haberdasher in Mean Street South where costumes can be bought with pieces of cloth. It only appears in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two.

If Mickey thins out the hat at the front of the shop, he can find a chest containing the Threadbare pin. According to Gus, the Haberdasher doesn't like his hat being thinned out, Although he doesn't react if Mickey keeps it thinned out. However, if Mickey thins the AC in the back, the Haberdasher will increase the prices by 50%. Mickey can fix the generator for him to get the hat spinning again, the generator is above the Mean Street Underground entrance.

These are the items available at The Mad Hatter and their prices. All of the items are available at the first visit and only go unavailable once collected by other means. The only items that don't follow this rule are the spatter costumes which are unlocked during the Clothes Make the Spatter quest.
