Tiki Hut is the store owned by a Tiki Sam in Ventureland, Tiki Sam. Items that cannot be purchased have red E-Tickets.
Later in the game if you fix Animatronic Hook's machine one of Jim the Puzzled's quests require you to feed paint to the tiki mask on the Tiki Hut.
