Mickey, Oswald, Ortensia, and Gremlin Gus
Toons are characters made of Paint that appear in Wasteland after loosing their Heart and Popularity in the real world. Notable types of toons that reside Wasteland are Anthropomorphic Animals, Gremlins, Playing Cards, Pirates, and Lonesome Ghosts. Being made of paint, they can be reduced to a puddle when hit with Thinner, but can be restore by being hit with paint. They can also be transformed into Inert or Lost Characters if influenced by The Blot. Some toons also seem to exist as part of Projector Screens.
