I've finally hit the jackpot! I can now jump to any part of Epic Mickey 2: The Power of 2 on the PC! I'm not sure if there's something similar in the first game, but it'd be worth trying out! A lot of the test files don't load anything but black screen, possibly because they're remenants of the first game, or they were deleted before the game's release. Still a step in the right direction!
STEPS FOR WINDOWS 7+:
1. Open Notepad as Administrator by right-clicking a shortcut and clicking "Run as administrator"
2. Open ConfigFiles.ini in C:\Program Files (x86)\Disney Interactive Studios\Disney Epic Mickey 2 (may vary depending on your system)
3. On line 206, change "ShowDevLevelLoad=false" to "true"
4. Load the game and go to *LEVEL_SELECT on the menu.
5. Select any level from the game.
