As the admins stated, it is against the rules to upload game files. The Wiki rules have been updated to enforce this. It's reccomended that all users read the rules before editing.
I got hold of the PC version of the game. Seems to run great for the most part on my cheap PC with integrated graphics! I'd reccomend you guys give it a try!
I plan to peek around the files a bit, see if I can figure out how to unpack some of them. Pretty much all I've done so far is figured out how to unpack some audio files and convert them to something playable. I noticed there is a ConfigFiles.ini in the root directory that I don't think changing affects the game (not sure, though). It does have some interesting content, including some mentionings of test levels and tests for some sort of mini games. They seem to be:
- Eve Test Cooking
- Burger Shop Game
- Ice Cream Shop Game
- Arena Mini Game
- Magic Shop Maze Game
- Music Shop Game
- Autopia Raceway Game
- Bwrx Arena Game
- Flowers Vs Spatters (..?)
- Pinball
- 2D: Dumbo_01a
- 2D: Dumbo_02a
I'm not sure how you'd access these or if there's much or anything left of them. Most of them seem to reference the same file or "unknown"
Some other interesting things in there:
- A mentioning of a Vita test room, probably referring to the PS Vita version
- Some lines referring to the Wii version and Wii strap screen
- Lots of test rooms and files named after developers such as "Jason_ToonTest", "Gabe's Test", "Test Rebecca" etc
- Some extra Pete lines at the bottom that were probably left over from the cut Pirate Pete subplot that refer to "potw_zonec_talkdoorpirate". The lines are:
- Pete: You look familiar. Don't step on my toes and I can be your best friend.
- If you defeat Pirate Pete, I will open this door for you!
- Are you going to help me?
This game is obviously ridden with goodies and test leftovers, although I'm not sure if there's any way to access them or modify them. There's not too much documentation on the net for modding this game or anything. If you've tried to sift through the game files before, I'd like to hear what you know!

I was talking to Moody's cousin (I forget his name) and his bottom lip kind of started freaking out and coming to meet his eyes. It was kind of funny to watch.
