The Village Windmill is located in the World of Gremlins in the overarching land of Gremlin Village. You can activate the windmill by patching the pipes and painting Gus' house as Gus will fix the windmill for you. There are platforms spinning that you can jump on to reach a golden E-Ticket and release the windmill keeper, Gremlin Ditto. He will unlock the secret projector screen you can go through: Clock Cleaners: Part 2.
