William is an anthropomorphic Goat who lives in Ventureland after the pirates go back home to Tortooga.
He is often seen talking to Ricky Row. If Mickey freed Gremlin Buzz in the Jungle and permanently dried the Thinner river, William will give the mouse a Power Spark to congratulate him.
